Interesting new bike laws went into effect in August in Colorado.
Saw a pretty good explanation of the new laws today, thought I would share.

Triple Bypass 2009 – A Modest Report

I did the Triple Bypass this weekend, which is an epic 120 mile road ride with 10,000 feet of climbing.

It was my first century (ride over 100 miles) and easily the toughest thing I have ever done.  It took me 11:30 to complete with some of the most active and amazingly strong people in Boulder.

Gothic to Crested Butte Run, Walk or Crawl 1/3 Marathon Race Report

I spent the weekend in Crested Butte Colorado.  I’ve lived in Boulder for five years now, and had never been.

Wow, what a place.  Small town charm, big town activities. I will be back.

Thoughts On Ignite Boulder 4

It has been just over 24 hours from Ignite Boulder 4.  In short, such an amazing night.  But it left me with an uneasy feeling.  Everyone I talked to at the post party really said they enjoyed it, but for me, the bigger venue was a hard transition.
