Congrats on the accomplishment! That sounds like an awesome time! 220 miles for the month is insane…keep up the great work. When you do the 1/2 Ironman, you should find some way to stream or capture it on video Hope you're doing well!

What half ironman are you doing? I just did my first triathlon a couple of weeks ago and loved it (Florida 70.3).

Great job on the run. That sounds like a hard 12 mile trail run

Nice job Andrew! I'm planning to run a few trail runs this summer myself so always good to hear someone who completed a race to keep the motivation up! Totally agree with that last statement, running has always been about that personal challenge whether it be a PR or just completing a tough run!
