There is this thing called Ignite. Boulder is hosting our 7th tomorrow night. Tickets still available and at $10 are a steal. 15 five minute presentations on geeky subjects. Full of energy and nerdery (750 people are planning on going!!!).
Somehow an event for geeks and geek culture sells out the largest concert venue in town. That makes me proud (and laugh at our geeky group). How has this niche event taken off?
Ignite is a worldwide movement, and Boulder is proud to be one of the largest (by total numbers I think we are the largest).
