Best Time Of The Year

This is a great time of the year.

SXSW, My Birthday, and March Madness. I was watching a college basketball game last night when a player dove out of bounds, tapping the ball to a teammate who launched a 3 (and scored). One announcer said “that is the type of hustle play that is changing the game, and it doesn’t show up in a stat column.” The other team inbounded the ball and advanced to halfcourt before the other announcer followed up: “well, there is the assist column.”

I fell out of my chair.
