Interesting, no HUGE upsets in this years tourney. I have two brackets, one has 27 teams correctly picked and the other has 30 (not bad eh?).
I can only assume everyone else has brackets like mine now. We will see how everyone else did in the morning.
And for the record, the twitter use at SXSW was just lame. I thought it was a good idea, but the main reason the lamedar was throw was when I tried to connect with someone with it. The first panelist turned out to be the most paranoid person I had ever met. The conversation went something like this:
ME: Hey, great panel, I saw you on twitter, you didn’t look nervous at all (trying to break the ice)
SCARED OF THE FLOOR: How did you know I was on twitter
ME: Well, you added me as your friend in twitter, and my picture is right there. I had no idea who you were, but hey, great presentation.
SCARED OF THE FLOOR: Seriously, I hate the internet, that was creepy to stalk me like that.
ME: Yeah… uh… yeah… oh, there is a friend of mine, bye!
So that was bad, but I have had bad experiences from Craigslist and I still love it. I decided to go after the ‘twitdaddy’ of them all, Scoblizer. For those of you not on Scobles friends list, let me catch you up. He is a cheerleader of the service, writing on his blog about twice a day about how cool the service it is. I came, I saw, I said hi.
I am working to meet a tight deadline on a project that just plain rocks. More caffeine please!
