Sometimes you just have to jump.
I am at the airport now, about to get on the plane for the second startupweekend. It has been a flurry of planning since the first weekend in Boulder to get the next 14 weekends planned.
There are a lot of people to thank. Joe Sharf and David Cohen really pushed me into thinking this was a good idea late one night. Danny Newman and Stan James both were instrumental to the idea and the spirit of the weekend. Brad Feld, Seth Levine, Jared Polis and Jason Mendelson have been amazing to the local tech community.
I have a early morning coffee buzz at the airport, which reminds me of my first flight to college (an Oregon to Rhode Island flight). So much unknown, but somehow, I know everything will be alright.
And on another thought, if I fail, it will be a gloriously transparent public failure, but what a ride it will be.
